Beyond Burger in Texas City

So this was talked up to me as a excellent restaurant. The food isn't bad but it isn't top notch either. The meat isn't of top quality and the ingredients arnt the most desirable. The concept of the restaurant is nice though. The buffet style line with many choices is cool. The setting matches the food and environment. I wouldnt mind returning one day to try something else.

Burger was good. Kind of pricey. 4.5$ for chili cheese fries.

Beyond Burger is a great restaurant that has a large variety to choose from. I tried the vegan burger and it was delicious. Aside from being full of flavors, the patty itself was bigger than the buns. The staff is also very kind and welcoming. This place is like a Fuddruckers but with a personalized touch.

My favorite burger place. Burgers are juicy. Everything is fresh. Better than fudruckers but same idea. My go to is the Kobe burger.

Awesome variety, clean restaurant, great food, friendly staff, and a kids menu to boot...what else could you ask for? This place was worth the drive. To bad the rest of the businesses around fell off because a lot more people would enjoy the experience. We had the Memphis burger, chili cheese fries, and a kids cheeseburger fit for a king. I give it a 5 star review despite the chili cheese fries being average or worse because you come to a place named "Beyond Burger" for the burger which was fantastic. So...5 star it is. Thanks.

Started having cravings and was quite happy their dine in was open during this whole pandemic. They of course made a lot of arrangements for distancing, so on and so forth. They didn’t have the variety of sauces that they normally would, mainly just the vegetables but that was alright. Overall still enjoyed the food just like always. Fresh buns and 1/2 lb. meat, can’t go wrong with that.

The food is decent but not impressive. Very expensive for the portion size. Upscale burger joint for your kids.

Great place. It is the build your own burger model but they also have salads. I would say they have just about every combination of burger or sandwich you can think of. Be sure to add avacado to what ever you get. They give you a whole half. I recommend this place if you are in the area and are looking for a burger.

Unfortunately we didn't dine-in. The place is clean and spacious. We had the Good Morning/El Diablo burgers, with wedge fries and onion rings; everything tasted great. "All burgers are cooked to medium well unless otherwise specified." We had them medium well, and they were delicious. They have a good selection of burgers and if you don't like theirs, you can customize your own. I would place Beyond Burger in the same quality category as The Burger Joint. If you're in the area, and are in the mood for a great burger, definitely check them out.

This place is absolutely phenomenal! The burgers are WAY beyond just a burger. Service is excellent they have a friendly staff eager to answer questions for people who are visiting for the first time. Plenty of side fixings for your burger too! Fuddruckers does not stand a chance when compared to this burger restaurant. The sodas are not from one of those multi soda machines and have great flavor. Cookies are amazing! Can not wait till my next visit.

Roomy, well laid out dining area good for groups. The burgers are great and there is a great selection of the usual varieties and some unusual ones like veggie, bison and salmon. Dixon's bar so you can load it up with lettuce, spinach, pickles, onions etc exactly the way you like it. Great value for the quality.

The portions are HUGE. But this can be a good thing. Family friendly and plenty of seating.

Generous portion of chicken tenders, but they were overcooked and dry. Also, $2.99 for a side salad that was literally a bowl of lettuce with 2 croutons is crazy.

Ordered the Baja burger. It came with half an avocado! It was amazing! Burger was not greasy. I'm not a big burger eater but would absolutely come back here every time I'm in town.

This place is great. You buy a burger with different cheeses and meats and then they have a bar with all the condiments so you get to choose how much you want of any condiments and I love it. Great place.

I always have a good experience dinning at Beyond Burger. Since the covid outbreak I have been ording to go from this restaurant and very much enjoy the food and service. I have been a patron for a couple years and this place is hands down ones of the best places to eat in Texas City.

I hadn't had a 🍔 in years. Not my thing. Until I tried Beyond Burger 🍔, on a suggestion from a friend. This is the BEST burger place I've ever been to. The burgers are excellent, I've tried several different kinds. Each one is better than the last one. The talipia 🍔 is to die for...

When I need a burger in my life I go to Beyond Burger.

Good portion size but the chili on the Chili fries had a metallic taste as if fresh out of a cam.

The decor made me feel greasy and burgers all tasted the same. Ice seemed like it was store bought. They have a build your own burger bar that just seemed like their fresh produce was going to waste. Glad I tried it out but probably not coming back

Good burger wish they would cut the fries smaller for me overall best burger in Texas City a bit pricey but overall worth it meat patties need more seasoning, cookie is free with meal purchase.

This place is great and sad at the same time. Food is good, the add-on bar is better but the mood feels like this is a place on its last legs. Go while you can, just dont expect the place to feel... "Homely?"

The highlight of this restaurant is the condiment bar, you can add whatever you want to your sandwich or burger. The portion sizes are huge, one side of fries is enough for two people to share. The employees are always prompt in cleaning up tables and the restaurant is always pretty tidy.

Even though it is a burger place there are many healthy choices. The food is usually pretty fresh here as well.

I have never been here. I had a burger. It was amazing. Well cooked, great portion, my fries were even seasoned. I can't wait to go back there again. The staff is friendly the diner itself has a great vibe. Totally recommend.

This was the first time visiting this restaurant after many months of wanting to and I'm sad I didnt visit sooner! The burger was large and delicious and the prices were good! The layout was great and the "build your own burger" idea was really cool! Very great experience and i will definitely go back!

First time here...the Baja burger was perfect, and adding your own condiments at the condiment bar was a great move.

Love the burgers here!! The are huge, so always have to take home leftovers.

We got 2 burger meals, i got a 1/3 lbs and he got 1/2 and it was $25, Lot of toppings and the food was out quick and very good.

Great great burger place for a good price . Homemade buns and toasted. Hand made patties and grilled excellent ! A fix it your self bar with all the fixings including coleslaw both Manaise and vinegar based. Similar to fuddruckers but so much better !!!! Been here a few times and will be back again !

Awesome burger selections at this Texas City restaurant. My wife and I had the Kobe burger, my daughter had the Turkey burger, with cream cheese, and Avocado. All were delicious. The fixing bar has plenty of toppings to choose from. We will be back.
